Eggplant Parmesan & Asparagus
Just some new yuminess I've been working on. Um um um...!!! I love asparagus. And I love a good eggplant parmesan. Although I styled the top layer of cheese and parsley, I must give thanks to Chef Jon for cooking the eggplant and arranging it so nicely with the initial layer of sauce, parmesan, and greens. YUM.
